Our Tweens & Teens programs are designed for young artists in Years 6–12, with different pathways for developing skills, exploring personal interests and working more independently.What is Tween Visual Artists?Tween Visual Artists is for artists in Years 6–8. The program focuses on developing visual art skills through drawing, painting, printmaking and other techniques, while encouraging students to take ownership of their creative ideas and personal projects.What is Teen Visual Artists?Teen Visual Artists is for artists aged 15–18 and focuses on developing technical skills, individual artistic voice and portfolio work. Students explore a wide range of techniques including drawing, watercolour, still life, acrylic and oil painting, lino printing, etching and more.What is Teens Drawing?Teens Drawing is for high school artists who want to strengthen their drawing skills. The program explores technical and figurative drawing, with a strong focus on faces, bodies, dynamic poses and different drawing approaches.What is VCE Portfolio Development?VCE Portfolio Development provides private or small-group guidance and feedback for students working towards VCE or university portfolio goals. Sessions are tailored to the student and can vary in length and format.Home-schoolers are warmly welcome too.

Our programs are designed for students in Years 6–12, generally aged 11–18 years. Each program has its own age or year-level focus.

Please arrive at your advised session time. We'll be busy getting everything ready for your little artists, so there’s no need to arrive early. We’ll be ready to welcome you when your session begins.

If you can’t make your booked session, please let us know as soon as possible. Missed sessions can’t be refunded or credited, but you’re welcome to make up the session during another available Young Art session within the same term.
