Can I bring my own food or extra food?

Yes. Which ever party package you select, you are welcome to bring in food yourself.

Can I bring in extra decorations?

Yes! Our studio is colourful but you are welcome to add extra special touches. We do offer a balloon service too. You will need to book an extra 15-30 minute party time to allow for decoration set up depending on how many decorations you have. For 15 minutes it is an additonal $30, for 30 mintues it is an additional $50. Our balloon service: * Plain balloons $1 per balloon - nominate your colour/s * Confetti Balloons $6 per balloon * Number Balloons $6 per balloon All balloons can be taken home or given away as party favours.

Can I extend the party time?

Yes. Every extra 30 mintue booking is an additional $50. This is subject to other bookings.

What party times are avaliable?

We offer weekend, Friday night and holiday booking times. Mid week for under 5's is also avaliable. Party times are subject to availability and prior party/event or class bookings. Weekend times are generally commence at 10 with the latest party finishing at 4:30 Friday afternoon parties can be hosted between 3:30-6.00pm. Night time fees apply after 6pm.

How do I book?

Please fill out the party form and we can check our calendar against the dates you nominate.

What ages do I need to pay for

Any child participating in the art activities needs to be included in your final numbers. Babies under the age of 1 are free. The birthday person is counted in the final numbers too.

When can I arrive?

We may have parties and event bookings throughout the day so please only arrive 5 mintues early. Unless you have booked in extra set up time of which you will arrive at the agreed time.

Do I need to bring the birthday cake and candles?

Yes, this is your special job.

Do I need to bring table ware like plates and cups?

If you have a booked the ALL CATERED PACKAGE, we supply all of this for you! If you have booked the SELF CATERED PACKAGE, then you will need to supply all table wear. Alternatively, you can hire our table wear (rainbow coloured of course): * Set of 20 plastic washable party wear: cups, plates, forks and spoons $10 * Platter hire $1 per platter - white and some coloured platters.

Can I hire tables and chairs for a mobile party?

Yes! Tables are $5 per table - seats 4 Toddler chairs are $2.50 per chair Adult stools are $2.00 per stool. Please quote numbers required.

What food options are there for a Catered Party?

Food is catered for the art guests (adult platter can be added). Please select the option you when booking: Option one: fruit platter, veggie platter, cheese and dip platter, chips and popcorn. Option two: party pies, sausage rolls, chips, 2 seasonal fruits. Water is provided for drinks. We have had over 100 parties at Little Art Big Art and know what kids tend to eat and don’t eat at parties, hence our food is based on what’s most popular food choices by kids (and doesn’t send them on a sugar high). Adult antipasto platter extra $50 (12adults).

Can adults stay?

For parties with children under 5, it is recommended one adult stay. However if your child is of a kinder age and you have checked with the party parent/s you can drop off. Children over 5: Drop off and enjoy shopping! Kids have more fun when parents are not around. But if you want to catch up with the other adults you are welcome to stay. Just be mindful we are in an art studio and space is limited.

Is Tea & Coffee included?

You can add tea and coffee on as an extra. $10 - cups, sugar, Nespresso coffee (machine made), milk and an assortment of tea, accommodates 12 adults.
