ART CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & PARETIES

 

Enrolments & Payment

Enrolments and bookings are processed online via the booking form. Enrolment and bookings are complete when payment is made. Payments can be made online via credit card, or an invoice or cash payment. For invoicing or cash, please email us, payment needs to be made prior to the commencement of class/workshop/booking.

 

Cancellations & Refunds for Art Classes

Due to the small class sizes, refunds will not be available for missed classes. A transfer or make-up class may be organised when notified 24 hours prior to class and will depend on the availability in other classes. A refund for term bookings can be given for any remaining classes when 2 weeks notice is given. Refunds for Holiday Programs, workshops, private bookings or party cancellations are not given.

Sign In Forms, Emergency Contact Details & Special Requirements

Please ensure you sign in for each class for emergency procedures. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure this information is up to date in the event that information changes. It is the parent's responsibility to notify all teacher's of any special requirements and allergies prior to class. We do have some artists that have allergies so please be mindful of food in the studio. 

 

Clothing  

Art is messy, so it is best your child is dressed in clothing that is not precious and an art smock is advised. If you do not have one, one can be made available to you. All attempts are made to purchase paints and other materials which are non-toxic and machine washable. Little Art Big Art is not responsible for damaged belongings.

 

Art supplies

All attempts are made to purchase paints and other materials which are non-toxic. It is the parents responsibility to advise the teacher of any known allergies and to check the ingredients if unsure.

 

Trial Classes

We offer casual classes. Due to this nature we recommend booking in for a casual attendence and if you love it, we can adjust the booking to a Term booking. 

 

Casual Classes

We understand life is busy so offer some CASUAL bookings in some of our Programs. Casual places are subject to term based bookings. All casual classes must be pre-booked and payment made prior to the beginning of class. 

 

Tip For Settling In

Regular routines and faces are key factors in establishing trust with our little ones. Each child adapts differently to a new environment.

From my knowledge as a teacher, a parent myself, and feedback from parents, it generally takes 3-4 weeks for a toodler to settle in.

It is best not to force your younger child to participate, instead, sit behind them or with them and be part of the creating process. 

Older students may like a parent to stay with them initally and this is encouraged if needed. 

 

Family Discount

If you have two or more budding artists, be sure to check out the family price (children must be siblings).

 

Drop off and parent accompanied classes

All artists attending the TINT ARTISTS, SMALL ARTISTS & PRE-PREP Programs must be accompanied by a parent/carer. Drop off is only for our KINDER & STUDIO Artists Programs. Siblings or friends not attending classes are welcomed in the space. Pushers are too!

 

Waiting Lists

Where classes are full, your name will be added to a waiting list and you will be contact via email or text if a place becomes availiable.

 

What is Processed Art?

Processed Art is about the actual making and creating journey that takes place. It is not focused on the end product. Through learning about the process, students become skilled fine artists. Take a closer look at OUR VISION and why we stand by it. 
 

COVID-19 INFORMATION

 

As a professional, a teacher, a mum and a business owner, I believe that the health and safety of all our artists, families and retail shoppers is important. Therefore, in response to COVID-19, I have been carefully monitoring the Government and State Government restrictions, guidelines and advice. As changes continually arise, I too will make changes so that not only I comply with guidelines, but most importantly, that you all feel safe to be in our fabulous studio once again. So, I do apologise in advance if I have to make changes to any bookings, but rest assured, we will work together to ensure your service is being met. All classes are operating online during Stage 3 & 4 restrictions. 

As a sole trader, I can continue to ship orders. So please keep ordering!
