Children & guest numbersEvery child attending your party counts towards your guest numbers and is paid for, regardless of age. The only exception is non-walking babies.Invitations & siblingsWe love having families celebrate together! However, as our studio is an active creative space and we allocate rooms according to capacity and safety limits, we’re unable to accommodate non-participating siblings. Our party invitations outline this, so please help us make sure all guests are aware before the big day.If you’re creating your own invitations, please include this information so you guests know. This helps us avoid overcrowding and additional room hire or set-up/clean-up fees.Adults staying or drop-off?We welcome one adult per child who wishes to stay, and of course, both birthday parents are welcome. All adults and children staying must be included in your final numbers. Parents are also welcome to drop off their children, which is often the most popular option for older artists of school ages, especially ages 7-18!These guidelines help us create a safe, comfortable space where everyone can enjoy the art, creativity and celebration! Please do respect our number capacity limits - and, if unsure, please ask.

LITTLE PARTY ARTISTS AGES 3-6Our Little Artists parties are designed for little ones aged 3–6, but we know big brothers and sisters, friends and cousins love getting creative too! Big kids love our Little Art Room and are welcome to join in the fun! Our party packages include 10 children, with extra little artists welcome up to 16 children in total. Additional-child fees apply and vary by package.BIG PARTY ARTISTS AGES 7-12Our base packages for Big Party Artists (ages 7-11) and Tween/Teen Party Artists (ages 12-18) include 10 children, with additional artists welcome up to the maximum capacity of 25, with the exception of our Glow Splatter parties capped at 16. Additional-child fees apply and vary by package.Planning a bigger celebration?Get in touch and we’ll be happy to chat about the options!Smaller party or Customised Party?No worries! You don’t need 10 children to book a party — our package prices are based on 10 little artists. If you are after a smaller party, contact us to discuss details.Looking for something a little different? If you’d prefer a customised party, let us know! We know some families love a roving celebration — enjoy an art experience with us, then head to the park for play or out to a restaurant for food. We’re happy to chat about options to suit your plans.We want everyone to have plenty of room to create, explore and enjoy the celebration.

Arrive & settle in · Create · Eat & celebrateYou will greet your guests and take photos. Once most have arrived, your host will then guide the children through their art experience.Then you take over for food, cake and birthday celebrations. If you have a game or two booked, this will finish the party off. If you have face painting booked, this is done during the party and will commence when you arrive. We’ll send your arrival instructions and party details by email.

We’ve got party set-up down to a fine art, so there’s no need to arrive early or worry about decorating — the studio is already decorated with colour and artworks!Simply arrive 5 minutes before your party to bring in your birthday cake (unless we are doing that too!) and meet your party host.If you’ve chosen a self-catered party or would like to add your own decorations, you’ll need to book extra set-up time in advance. Likewise, if you need extra time to pack up afterwards, this must also be booked in advance. Extra set-up and pack-up time is charged separately and is subject to availability.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring extra treats with either party package. Just let us know beforehand so we can plan for everything.Birthday cake & candlesBring your own cake and candles, or order an Ice Cream Cake, Mini Cupcakes or Donut Stack Cake through our Party Extras. We provide a cake knife and lifter.Catered packagesWe provide each little artist with a cup, plate, spoon and a napkin for cake. If you’d like a special birthday cake plate, please bring one along.Self-catered packagesPlease bring your own food, drinks and all tableware for the children.Adults & other guestsYou’re welcome to bring your own food and tableware, or order from our Adult Platters and Tea & Coffee options through Party Extras. We’ll have your order ready for you!Remember to bring any extra tableware needed for additional food.

We have art smocks ready for our little artists, but some prefer to dive straight into the fun without one! That’s why our invitations say “Dress for Art”. Come dressed for a little creative chaos, in clothes you don’t mind getting splashes of paint or dye on!

We host parties mostly on weekends, Friday afternoons/ early evenings, and during school holidays. Planning a kinder celebration? We’d love to help! We can arrange weekday kinder parties between 9am and 3pm, subject to scheduled classes.Party times depend on availability and existing party, event or class bookings.Fridays: generally between 3:30–6:00pmSaturdays: First party starts at 11:15am, with the last party finishing at or around 4:45pm.Sundays: First party generally starts at 10:00am, with the last party finishing at or around 4:30pm.Additional fees: Sunday parties incur a 10% surcharge, public holiday parties incur a 15% surcharge, and night-time fees apply after 6pm.

We’ll touch base 10 days before your party to confirm your final guest numbers and check whether anything else has changed. This gives us time to organise your art materials, catering and room set-up so everything is ready for your celebration!Don't forget, all children attending count towards your guest numbers, except non-walking babies.

Yes! Please see our Party Extras Tables are $5 per table - seats 4 Toddler chairs are $3 per chair Adult stools are $2.00 per stool. Please quote numbers required. A set up fee of $25 applies for hire tables and chairs/stools. Chairs and tables will be packed and taken at the end of the mobile session. If you wish to extend your hire time out, please let us know and we can quote you on the time extension and drop off arrangements.
