Half Day Holiday Booking

Service Description

Book in for one or several of our half day sessions. Please refer to the timetable for what's on before booking into the session. For school aged children All classes are strictly drop-off only All art materials provided Please dress for art! Half Day Sessions are offered in the morning and the afternoon throughout the holidays. Cost: $70 (inc GST & Credit Card fees). Registration & Pick Up: Please follow our registration proceeds to ensure you are following safety and hygiene guidelines. There is a 15 minute check in and pick up time. Doors will open for artists to come in at the nominated check in times. To avoid overcrowding and social distancing measures within our studio space, please make drop off and pick up as short as possible. If your child/ren are ok with you dropping off at the door, I encourage you to do this. Please DO NOT line up outside or send your child to line up outside the studio due to road safety as our door opens onto a road. Please remain in your car until the door is open for check in. ------------------------------------------------- Morning Drop off between 9-9:15am (Early admittance is not permitted). Creating will commence at 9:15am Pick up between 11:45-12pm Please pack a nut free snack and drink. We will break for morning tea. -------------------------------------------- Afternoon Drop off between 12:45-1:00pm (Early admittance is not permitted). Creating will commence at 1:00pm Pick up between 3:30-3:45pm Please pack a nut free snack and drink. We will break for afternoon tea. **PLEASE ADHERE TO TIMES so teachers can clean, reset and have their breaks** Please ensure you fill out all details on the booking for and provide an emergency contact person that is not you for the day you are booking in. This is important and must be filled out.

Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Little Art Big Art or organised by Little Art Big Art must agree to these terms and conditions. 1.) LIABILITY WAIVER I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I or my child might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Little Art Big Art. 2.) PHOTO & VIDEO I agree to give Little Art Big Art unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Little Art Big Art classes and events or on Little Art Big Art’s premises. (For use of Little Art Big Art marketing materials). 3.) REFUNDS No refunds are given for bookings. A transfer to another day can be given, a written email must be sent to hello@littleartbigart at least 12 hours prior to the class commencing. A transfer is also subject to availability. Alternatively you can transfer the booking to another participant. 4.) CANCELLATIONS In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
