Drawing & Painting Club Juniors develops the basics of drawing and painting skills. It's open for ages 5-9 years (children in grades Prep, 1 and 2).

Artists will learn the foundations to drawing and painting. As part of our drawing learning, we will cover key sketching, colouring and shading techniques, as well as learning how to proportion our artworks in various ways. During our paint exploration, we will learn about colouring mixing, what tone and tinting is and how to apply paint in various ways to achieve different effects. We will explore a range of paint mediums.

During each session, artists will be mentored depending on their skill level and group discussion and feedback will end each session with parents welcomed to join this discussion.
